Social Media Strategy
We will draw up a strategy document, recommending what types of social media should be used, when/how often updates should be posted, what types of content should be posted and where will it come from, whose responsibility will it be to update each platform and who will analyse the insights and metrics available to ensure that the strategy is working. There will also be a content calendar included within this document, with the recommendation that it be no longer than 1 month ahead, to ensure it remains fluid and flexible and so that the content doesn’t seem too stilted.
Social Media Management
This will include daily posts, content curation, page moderation, ads management as well as monthly creation and scheduling of content for any number of platforms required. We will reply/engage with each platform’s fans/followers, as well as notify the client of any questions or comments that require their input. We will also provide weekly or monthly reports measuring the results on each platform.
